Most items are custom and made specifically for you, which means I’m unable to offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order is placed. Please double‑check your order details before submitting.
• Damaged on arrival? Contact me within 48 hours.
If your item arrives damaged, reach out within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. When it’s reported within that timeframe, I’ll provide a resolution of equal or greater value.

Because each piece is handmade and often one‑of‑a‑kind, identical replacements aren’t guaranteed. Depending on the situation, I’ll offer a comparable item, a repair (if possible), or store credit equal to the value of the damaged piece—available only when the issue is reported within 48 hours.

Once your package is with the carrier, delays, lost mail, or mishandling are unfortunately out of my hands. All orders include tracking, and I’m always happy to assist with filing claims when possible.
